Role: Strategic Advisor, 2 days/week | 9+ months - current.
Scope: Special projects & cross-functional growth transformation.
Since March 2025, I’ve worked across IT, product, ops, finance, risk and compliance to help sponsor a critical growth initiative. Behind the scenes, I’ve supported 3rd-party negotiations and operational delivery.
My role: Cut complexity, connect people, and keep momentum.

Elula - A leading AI Software Company delivering machine learning solutions that help businesses unlock growth and efficiency.
Role: Strategic Advisor, Fractional CEO / Executive Partnership
| 2 days/week | 6 months.
Scope: Growth & transformation.
Embedded from May 2025, I partnered with the CEO to help define and execute a growth strategy. Aim was to unlock new verticals, build scalable revenue streams, and clarify the path forward. I also took on agreed CEO-delegated tasks, including leadership coaching.
My role: Now transitioned from operational support to a board role - continuing to back the business as a trusted advisor.
